Starting point
A room worth dressing up for, and a feed that could not book a table.
The Royal Palm sits on Ladypool Road with a dining room that already had a point of view: deep green, gold palm, plated food, a bar that looks like a night out. The menu and the fit-out were doing the work in person.
Online, none of that landed as a destination you could actually book. Discovery lived on the feed. A table meant a phone call or a WhatsApp. The gap was not awareness of the food — it was a digital home that felt like the room and took the reservation.

Solution
Make the page the first course.
We designed and built theroyalpalmbirmingham.co.uk as a single scroll that is the room: dark ground, gold wordmark, photography of the actual plates and interior, and a primary path to book a table.
The site does not explain the restaurant in agency copy. It shows the lounge, the sirloin, the martini, the guests, then hands you a booking dialog or WhatsApp. Hours, maps, hiring, and contact sit at the end so a visitor who is ready can act without leaving.
Reservation first
Hero leads with the room and a Make a Reservation control that opens an in-page book-a-table dialog — not a contact form pretending to be a booking.

The room as evidence
Menu carousel, photo gallery, and an experience film carry the proof. The page tastes like the place before anyone reads a paragraph.

One scroll, every next step
WhatsApp stays as a second path. Hiring, hours, maps, and a Centauri-built credit close the scroll so operations and brand sit in one place.

The site is live at theroyalpalmbirmingham.co.uk as the step between a night-out photo and a booked table — green, gold, unhurried, and built to take the reservation on the same scroll.
The content programme still stands behind the published 1.5M+ views. The site is where that attention lands: menu, room, film, then book or WhatsApp.
