Starting point
Open for business. Invisible online.
Franky's opened in Stoke city centre with a clear product — smashed, flamed, loaded burgers and a bold urban identity — and almost no awareness. No following that mattered, no content library, no menu system that looked as premium as the food.
In a dense fast-food strip, a strong fit-out alone does not fill the queue. They needed scroll-stopping product proof, street-level energy on TikTok, and a digital home that matched the mustard-and-black brand the moment someone searched or scanned a QR.
- 0local recognition at launch
- Newstore, no content engine

Solution
Same brand on the phone, the menu, and the door.
We ran a launch-focused programme: sensory food cinematography and host-led reels for TikTok and Instagram, designed and produced in-store menus, and shipped frankysstoke.com as the always-on face of the brand.
Everything shared one visual system — mustard, black, bold type, burger mark — so discovery online and the counter experience felt continuous. Posting cadence and engagement were built to create early momentum, not a one-week spike.
Product-first content
Heat, texture, sauce, crunch — short-form cuts that sell the burger before anyone reads a caption.

Menus that match the brand
Printed in-store menus designed to the same system as the digital identity — premium at the counter, not a generic printout.

Launch content drove hundreds of thousands of views and real engagement — likes, comments, saves — while the site and menus locked the brand in offline. Franky's went from a new shutter to a recognisable Stoke destination in the same mustard system online and in store.
The reels still carry the proof: storefront welcome, loaded boxes, street energy. The case study keeps those cuts, the product stills, and the live site as the spine of the story.
